Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees Within Malaysia We offer a flat rate of RM10 per order for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 per order for East Malaysia. Shipping fees are waived for:

• Orders over RM300 within Peninsular Malaysia

• Orders over RM400 within East Malaysia

Order Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.

Shipping Fees to Singapore

We offer international shipping to Singapore with the following flat rates:

• Orders up to RM500: RM30 shipping fee
• Orders up to RM1000: RM50 shipping fee
• Orders up to RM2000: RM60 shipping fee

Order Processing Time (Singapore)

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time (Singapore)

Singapore: 2–4 working days

Estimated Delivery Time

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days

• East Malaysia & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days

Missed Delivery

Please note that if you're unavailable during delivery, some couriers may not contact you and will leave the parcel at the lobby.
