Gift with Purchase Policy

From time to time, MadamChic runs exclusive campaigns offering complimentary gifts with qualifying purchases — for example, a free Xiaomi H300 Hair Dryer for orders that meet the minimum spend threshold. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how our gift entitlement works.

1. Gift Eligibility & Spending Threshold

To qualify for a complimentary gift, your accumulated order amount must reach a minimum of RM999 within the same Livestreaming session.

You may qualify through either of the following:

• A single order that meets or exceeds RM999, or

• Multiple orders accumulated and held together using our Ship Later option, where parcels are combined before shipment

⚠️ Important: Accumulated Amount Reset

If you choose to ship out your order before your accumulated total reaches RM999, your order amount will be reset. You will no longer be entitled to the gift for that session, even if subsequent orders bring your total above the threshold.

2. Gift Shipment

Please note that complimentary gifts will not be shipped together with your clothing purchase. Gifts are dispatched separately, and the timing of shipment depends on stock availability on our end.

• Gifts are sent out independently and may arrive at a different time from your main order

• Customers are kindly requested not to rush or pressure our team to dispatch the gift — we will send it out as soon as it is ready

• MadamChic will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the separate shipment timing

3. Gift Availability

All complimentary gifts are offered subject to availability. MadamChic does not guarantee gift stock at all times.

🚫 While Stocks Last

If the gift item is out of stock at the time of fulfilment, you will not be entitled to receive the gift, regardless of your qualifying order amount. No replacement, substitute, or cash equivalent will be provided.

4. Forfeiture of Gift Entitlement

If a cash refund is requested for any order that contributes to your qualifying gift threshold, your gift entitlement will be automatically forfeited.

• Any request for a cash refund — regardless of the reason — will disqualify you from receiving the complimentary gift

• This applies even if the refunded order was only part of your accumulated total

• Store credit refunds do not affect gift entitlement, provided the remaining order total still meets the RM999 threshold

This rule is in place to ensure fairness and to prevent misuse of our gift campaigns. MadamChic reserves the right to make the final decision on all gift entitlement matters.

5. General Terms

• MadamChic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any gift campaign at any time without prior notice

• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit

• Gift entitlement is per customer, per Livestreaming session

• MadamChic's decision on all gift-related matters is final
