Return & Refund Policy
At MadamChic, we are committed to delivering pieces that meet both your expectations and our quality standards. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within a structured and fair policy for all customers.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
Before returning any item, you are required to contact our support team to register your request.
👉 Any return sent without prior notification will be rejected
👉 Any parcel returned without our arrangement will not be accepted
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate any return or exchange, please reach out to us via:

Do not send back any item before receiving confirmation from us. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our customer service representative, we will send you an AWB (Air Waybill) attachment. Please print it out and affix it securely to your parcel before handing it over.
📌 Depending on your location and the nature of the request, you may be required to drop off the parcel at a designated courier point on your own.
👉 Parcels returned without an AWB arranged by MadamChic will not be accepted.
3. Return Categories
A. Defective or Incorrect Item (Our Responsibility)
If you receive:
• A clearly defective item
• A wrong item from your order
You may choose one of the following resolutions:
• Replacement — We will send you a new item at no additional cost
• Store credit refund (no processing fee)
📌 Depending on the case, MadamChic will either arrange a return pickup at our cost, or advise you to keep/dispose of the item without returning it.
📌 You must provide clear photo or video proof when submitting your request for verification.
B. Change of Mind / Size Exchange (Customer Responsibility)
If the item does not suit you (e.g. sizing preference, fit, or style):
• Return is accepted with a 15% restocking fee
• Refund will be issued as store credit only
• Store credit amount = Item price minus 15% restocking fee
• Return shipping cost is FREE — MadamChic will arrange return shipping at no cost to you
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:
• Final sale or discounted items
• Accessories and innerwear
5. What is NOT Considered a Defect
To ensure fairness and consistency, the following are not classified as defects:
• Minor loose threads or unfinished thread ends
• Slight color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display
• Measurement differences within 1–3cm tolerance
• Minor creases or wrinkles from packaging and transit
• Fabric texture variations that are part of the material’s natural characteristics
• Slight stitching irregularities that do not affect overall appearance or wearability
• Minor chalk marks or markings used during production (removable after washing)
• Loose buttons (easily reattached and not affecting functionality)
Only significant manufacturing faults that affect the overall appearance or wearability of the item will be considered valid defects.
6. Store Credit Policy
• All approved returns (non-defective) will be refunded as store credit
• Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
• Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable
7. No Cash Refund Policy
Once an order is placed, there are strictly no cash refunds under any circumstances.
If you encounter any issue with your order, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, with a valid reason. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be entertained for any cash refund consideration.
Please note:
• The 24-hour contact window begins upon parcel receipt
• A valid reason must be provided when reaching out
• Even within the 24-hour window, cash refunds are only considered at MadamChic’s sole discretion
• After 24 hours, strictly no cash refunds will be allowed, without exception
⚠️ All refunds, where applicable, will be issued as store credit only — not cash.
8. Important Notes
• Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided after approval
• MadamChic reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
• Each order is eligible for one return request only
