Shipping Within Malaysia
We offer a flat rate of RM10 per order for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM20 per order for East Malaysia.
Free shipping is available for:
• Orders over RM300 within Peninsular Malaysia
• Orders over RM400 within East Malaysia
Shipping to Singapore
We offer international shipping to Singapore at the following flat rates:

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation — for both Malaysia and Singapore orders.
📦 Processing Time ≠ Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will need time to pick, pack, and prepare your parcel before handing it over to the courier. The estimated delivery timeframe only begins after your order has been dispatched.
⏳ Longer Processing for Certain Items
Some products may require a longer processing time as they are sourced from different warehouses. In some cases, we may need to transfer inventory from overseas before your order can be fulfilled. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed where possible.

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel via the courier’s website.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. We will do our best to follow up and check with the courier on your behalf — however, please understand that once a parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control. We will work with them to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Missed Delivery
If you are unavailable during delivery, please note that some couriers may not contact you beforehand and may leave the parcel at your lobby or designated area. You may use the tracking number provided by our support team to check the proof of delivery.
